Return Policy
Return period: From the date you receive the product, we provide you with a 14-day no-reason return service. If the product has quality problems, the return period will not be limited by this limit.
Return conditions:The product must be in a new and unused condition, unwashed, and unworn, and all tags and accessories must be complete. If you are returning the product due to quality issues, please attach clear pictures of the defective product to your return application.
Return process:After we approve the return application, send the goods back to the designated address and provide a valid return logistics order number. After receiving the returned goods and confirming that they are correct, we will refund you according to the original payment method.
Special instructions:Some products (such as customized products, underwear, swimsuits, etc.) do not support returns without reason due to hygienic reasons or special attributes. If the product is returned due to non-quality problems due to the customer's reasons, the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
Refund timeliness:We promise to complete the refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned goods and confirming that they meet the return conditions.
